Database management in the UI

From John Apps, Sept 2nd 2023
Something along the lines of a multi-tiered dashboard would be more than useful, in fact, I believe imperative.
- Top level might where databases, shares, total users attached
- A level on which databases etc. may be created, managed and where shares for those databases may be managed
- Drill down to database and its attributes, e.g., size, ACLs, throughput
- Drill down to shares per database, update shares, show number of users attached
- Send 'signals' to share users informing them of an update and also the pending deletion of the share
(I often see messages from MotherDuck informing me that I should repeat the statement because the catalog has changed)

Would also like to see db own, via user id, maybe not email.
