For highly multi-tenant CFA scenarios like the ones we face, it would be of profound value to create a read-only "slice" of a database without having to materialize a new copy, where that slice exposes only the data intended for the customer.

Could be done possibly through predicates on a Share, though I don't know the intricacies of the architecture here. Doubt this is an original thought and there are some ways I've found to achieve the same practical effect, but didn't see it on the list here so figured I'd mention what it could do for our business use cases: a lot.
