Once I connect to CLI/Python, MotherDuck currently displays the auth token with a command to create an env variable.

Can we hide the token?
Can we instead prompt user "would you like US to create an env variable for you?" (Y/n)

this has been released! you can now use PRAGMA PRINT_MD_TOKEN to fetch your token
