As a user of the MotherDuck web UI, I need the ability to explicitly refresh the interface in order to see changes that I made programmatically.

As a teacher, I often show how to perform certain actions, say, with python, and use the front end interface to built intuition. I currently have to refresh the entire web UI. My ask is to make this explicit via the tridot interface.
