in CLI/Python, if a user has already authenticated to AWS, we should be able to use these creds to authenticate to MD.
We should also introduce DDL "CREATE SECRET FROM AWS_DEFAULT" and/or a CLI command "Would you like to store your AWS credentials in MotherDuck? (y/n)"?
